YINGCHUANG Multi-Functional Fully Automatic Bi-Axial Shuttle Rotomolding Machine, Complete Auxiliary Rotational Molding Equipment For Plastic Buckets & Water Storage Tanks is all-in-one multi-purpose shuttle rotational molding equipment independently manufactured by YINGCHUANG factory. This unit integrates main molding host and full set of mould auxiliary devices, designed for flexible mass production of industrial plastic buckets, chemical anti-corrosion barrels and 1000L–50000L vertical & horizontal LLDPE water storage tanks.
The machine is equipped with large fully sealed insulated heating oven and dual heavy-duty alloy bi-axial rotating arms with independent high-torque drive motors. It adopts reciprocating shuttle circulation mode matched with self-developed industrial PLC touch screen full automatic control system, realizing unmanned automatic circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and mold replacement without idle downtime. A complete series of mould auxiliary accessories are delivered together, including mold brackets, connecting flanges, high-temperature sealing strips, lifting lugs and positioning fixtures, which can be directly matched with small bucket molds and large water tank molds without extra auxiliary tool procurement. The oven adopts full-surround thick high-density thermal insulation cotton and multi-channel circulating hot air heating system, tiny internal temperature difference ensures even melting of LLDPE raw materials, effectively eliminating defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots, bubbles and surface color difference of hollow plastic products. The integral machine frame is made of extra thick reinforced carbon steel with post-welding stress relief heat treatment, featuring outstanding anti-deformation performance under long-term alternating heavy and light mold full-load operation. We support full customization of oven size, rotating arm bearing capacity, heating power and air/water dual cooling system according to customer mixed production requirements of plastic buckets and water tanks.

Independent industrial touch screen PLC control system, all production parameters including oven temperature, holding time, bi-axis rotation speed and cooling delay can be visually set on screen. Dozens of groups of process formulas can be stored for one-click switching between bucket and water tank production to reduce mold debugging time.

Spacious internal oven space adapts to all sizes of molds. Full thick insulation layer reduces heat loss, circulating hot air covers all oven zones to guarantee consistent wall thickness of thick-wall plastic products and avoid liquid leakage risks.
- Dual Heavy-Duty Bi-Axial Rotating Arms, Stable Low-Vibration Rotary Forming
Two reinforced alloy bi-axial arms equipped with independent high-torque drive units, bidirectional low-vibration rotation prevents raw material stratification, finished plastic goods own smooth inner and outer surfaces without pits or chromatic aberration.
- Extra Thick Reinforced Integral Frame, Stable Long-Term Alternating Load Operation
Extra thick carbon steel plate integral welded frame with stress relief heat treatment, high structural rigidity, no vibration or deformation after long-time alternating operation of light small bucket molds and super heavy large water tank molds.
