YINGCHUANG Multi-Station Carousel Rotomolding Machine, PLC Intelligent Rotary Rotational Molding Equipment For All Kinds Of Hollow Plastic Products is a multi-station rotary carousel rotomolding equipment independently researched and manufactured by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding. Optional 3-arm/4-arm/6-arm rotary structure, integrating heating station, cooling station and mold loading & unloading station on an integrated rotary turntable. Multiple stations run synchronously at the same time without idle downtime, realizing continuous automatic cyclic production, greatly improving the overall production efficiency of medium and small hollow plastic product processing factories.
This carousel rotomolding machine occupies small workshop space and has ultra-wide mold compatibility, which can produce plastic leisure chairs, hollow plastic toys, mini plastic storage containers, small cleaning equipment housings, plastic floating buoys and other various hollow plastic products. Each rotating arm is equipped with independent high-torque drive motor and speed reducer, which can run stably without shaking under long-time high-temperature load. The heating cabin adopts optimized hot air circulation design, matched with industrial PLC touch screen intelligent constant temperature control system, the temperature inside the cabin is uniform, the temperature adjustment is precise, and the defective rate of finished plastic products is effectively reduced.
